Orders and Delivery

Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is considered valid by us sending your order confirmation email to you, indicating that your order has been accomplished and is on its way.

No part of this Website constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer that we decide to accept. Our acceptance is validated by us sending to you an order confirmation email. Only after we have sent you an order confirmation email there is a binding contract between Benavidez Performance and you.

Order confirmations under sub-Article 14.1 should contain the following information:

Confirmation of the Products ordered including full details of the main characteristics of those Products;

Fully itemised pricing for the Products ordered including, where appropriate, taxes, delivery and other additional charges;

Estimated delivery date(s) and time(s);

 We will also send you an order confirmation on paper with your Product shipping.
