José Benavidez Sr. has a lifetime of experience in training professional boxers, MMA fighters and sports athletes. He has trained with world-renown Coach Freddie Roach for 4 years, as well as Boxing’s Trainer of the Year Abel Sanchez out of Big Bear Lake, CA.

He has also worked with the likes of: Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., Amir Kahn, Kid Chocolate, Ryan Bader, CB Dollaway, Gold Medalist Henry Cejudo, Daniel Sarafian from Brazil, Gray Maynard, and many more.

José Benavidez Sr. has now taken his professional training program to the public and opened Benavidez Sports. Three pillars drive his training module:
