Hot relief

You may feel a cooling & heating sensation 10-15 minutes after applying. If you feel it's too cold or hot for you to bear, use a cooling agent like Aloe Vera gel to cool your skin. Do not use with other ointments, creams, sprays or liniments. Do not apply to irritated skin or if excessive irritation develops. Do not bandage. Do not use with heating pads or device. If accidentally ingested, immediately seek professional assistance or contact o poison control center.
WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT DO NOT: Do not neat, microwave, or add to not water or any container where heating water. Do not use in eyes or directly on mucus membranes. Do not take by mouth or place in nostrils. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use otherwise than as directed. Not recommended for pregnant women.
Do NOT USE if you are
breast-feeding. Store in a cool dry place with lid closec tightly. Store at 68° to 77ºf (20° to 25°C)

Repeat 3 to 4 times daily
